Food e Wine in Versilia

In the area of Versilia, Lucca and Pisa there are plenty of opportunities for savouring some of the most interesting variants of the Tuscan cuisine, starting with the cacciucco made in Viareggio, which vies with the Livornese version for its fame and tastiness, althought this one is a little spicier. And just about everywhere the produce of the land is combined with fish in mouth-watering dishes.
